I wore hats backwards until 25...what about flat brimmed? Definitely looks douchy after mid-twenties.

In general I'd say out of college, but it depends on the situation too. If I'm at a concert or something I think it's fine if you're in your 30s. Flat-billed should be illegal at any age, total d-bag alert with that one.

Only acceptable on kids. The father of one of my son's friends came to my son's party with a hat on backwards. Nice guy, but if you're a late 20's or 30 yr old parent, you really shouldn't be wearing a hat that way.

This is the only correct answer. I prefer to wear the hat backwards especially when I am wearing my glasses. Also when I've let myself go and achieve the Nick Mangold look I love so.

i used to wear hats all the time. if i wore sunglasses or cloud cover blocked the sun, it was always backwards. otherwise, what's the point of wearing it backwards if you're not blocking the sun?
