``Section 311. Preparation of sexual abuse against children or sexual sexualization
With a fine or imprisonment for up to 3 years, it is punished as
a) produce the production of sexual assault against children or manufacture that sexualises children,
b) publish, offer, sell, leave to another, make available or otherwise seek to distribute representations as mentioned in subparagraphs a,
c) acquire, introduce or possess representations as mentioned in subparagraph a, or intentionally obtain access to such material,
d) conducts public lectures or performs public performances or exhibitions as referred to in subparagraph (a); or
e) Leaving anyone under the age of 18 years to be depicted as part of commercial production of pornographic or impersonal sexually explicit images.
For children, this section refers to persons who are or appear to be under 18 years of age.
