Another problem is how you can convict somebody if there is lack of evidence. Personal opinion: charge them retroactively with membership in a terror organisation. If you lack evidence about the crimes you can at least charge them with affiliation with terror organisation

Statement by SD isn’t totally true though. Legislation going on making it criminal to by a member of a terrorist organisation. But a bit too late maybe.. Two FSA members convicted though but they had them on tape chopping somebody’s head of.
