Turkey getting a six is rather silly. Maybe we should ask the tens of thousands of civilians who had to flee from the invasion of Afrin? Maybe the people living in their houses now gave them a 10 and it evens it out.

Do they have one man one vote in the US for presidential elections? And they’re still arguing to make election day a national holiday in order to allow people to go vote. Your definition of democracy seems to refer to liberal values and free speech where the US do well.
