This FortiClient VPN App allows you to create a secure Virtual Private Network (VPN) connection using IPSec or SSL VPN "Tunnel Mode" connections between your Android device and FortiGate. Your connection will be fully encrypted and all traffic will be sent over the secure tunnel.

This easy to use app supports both SSL and IPSec VPN with FortiToken support. You can also use endpoint control feature to provision the clients using a FortiGate device.

Please Note: Because of Android OS bug the VPN functionality will NOT work on Android OS v4.4.0, 4.4.1 and v4.4.2. Please upgrade to v4.4.3 or above to use VPN functionality.

All is working fine now after updates- How can there not be support for Android 8 yet. My IT team is about to decommission the Cisco appliance that was replaced by the FortiGate appliance. Once that happens I will no longer be able to access email and other resources because the FortiClient connects...

Works on Pixel 3 XL and Android 9 (pie), but no official support, yet. SSL VPN throughput to my FortiGate (FOS 6.0.4) is not what I would expect, but that may not be a client issue. This release resolves several issues observed following 6.0.0 release, including the following:

- support updated IPsec VPN XML profile
- FortiClient app should auto-start when registered to EMS or with Web Filtering enabled
