Fractured Items
Fractured items are a new type of item with mods that are locked in place. These mods cannot be changed by crafting. For an example, see here. They also look pretty cool.
At this time the assumption is that fractured mods will just be drawn from the same mod pool as normal mods. As such, I'm not going to list all the fractured mods we've seen.
Synthesised Items
Three fractured items can be combined to create a synthesised item, which has a new implicit mod (and also looks pretty cool). Apparently we will be able to control what mods the item has by synthesising the correct fractured items, though we will have to figure out how on our own. Here is a list of the new synthesised implicits we've seen.

Do we know if Wave of Conviction is a projectile? It looks like one, but doesn't mention it anywhere.
Either you're missing something or I am - Cospri's only casts Cold skills, which Bladefall is not.
I'll use Cospri's to cast a utility spell (Glacial Cascade+leech support) and CoC to cast Bladefall. Admittedly I have chosen a confusing way to illustrate this...
You had us all bamboozled for sure.
edit: You might want to consider just going for a Vagan Dagger or foil, frees up your shield slot.
edit2: or go Wasp Nest which has better base crit.
I was planning to use something like that once I acquire enough currency, I was thinking of an exquisite blade with CoC mod, +1 level gems, multi craft, Vegan mod, +2 level sup gems craft, and attack speed.
As for Wasp Nest, I think a rare imperial claw would be more suitable.
I dont think Cospris will be cheaper. edit. Good luck either way! Looks like a fun build!
100% free Fire Resist and Immunity to Chaos [Not resistance, flat-out immunity so the cap wouldn't effect CI] means you hardly need invest into Fire Resist [You start at 40%; and I intend on taking Fire Walker too] and only need to focus Cold and Lightning.
This can free up other slots for other modifiers. Quite useful if there's some interesting Ring Implicits in Synthesis because you don't need Resist rings, or so on.
Of course the real point of the build is the novelty of doing a CI Marauder.
Charged Dash CWC Arc with an arc-mjolner setup as well. Also was going to run EB to get constant uptime on ghost dance dodge for the memes (and wrath + HoI + HoT)
this sounds very enticing, what's a Mjolner usually sell for early league nowadays?
it's still pretty cheap. It's t1 rarity so you might have to wait a bit

How do you plan on gearing and/or making this viable in the slightest? Haha I played zerk to 100 in Betrayal and it was hell
You are correct. Only berserker gets the vocal cord durability necessary to facilitate this. I may be a masochist.
Believe it or not, this is actually one of my more straightforward builds... Which is also why I'm using it as a league starter. I tend to go for significantly more jank builds.

Late league mspaint builds are some of the most fun times on this subreddit, and it makes up for the dwindling playerbase around these times. Can't understand why you mods would take that away from us.
Lets be real here, it's what like four days to the new league. All sorts of new league announcements and discussion threads will be/are popping up, consolidating these posts into one area is a good call.
I agree. its more fun to see these as full posts. low effort ones will get downvoted anyways if they are that bad. There are very few posts in general right now (theres like 8 posts on the new atlas when we only need 1...). we can enjoy a flood or two....

Tbh idk if it will work well, which is why it's a little bit ironic, but ice spear definitely has a ton of damage for bossing which is my goal.

my last build i managed to get 90% phys, max res and 75% dodge :D with less than 200chaos orbs worth of items you just need to know how :D
it was at the end of the league, so i coulnd´t get it higher than lvl 80, but on PoB without any unrealistic "trickery" i would be able to put it to 80% all res with with a Loreweave (my character was wearing a Tabula Rasa at that point) and up to 1mill dps (normal mob) if i´d use tectonic slam or molten strike instead of consectrated path and lvl this to 100

well, more than 10% on most 75% dodge builds and for example an uber elder hits around 2500 and 6000 damage depending on the level, which would still be 70% - 52% physical damage reduction.
UElders hardest physical hit is the expanding nova with up to 6,6k dmg, which get´s reduced to 3,200dmg.
And even with 60k armor, you won´t get much more than 80% reduction, that´s why i think 90% ignored damage with dodge + evade + block and then 50% phys reduction is a "bit" better than 10% dodge/block/evade and 80% Phys reduction.
And with 40% evade + 75% dodge / 73% spelldodge (without from 10% flask) plus 10% block you only have 10% of all attacks coming through to your resistance.
And my Nat Life Regen is over 1000hp/s plus 20% from your maxhp as leech per second, these remaining hits get healed quite fast.
I played this guy (https://www.pathofexile.com/account/view-profile/qwertz/characters?characterName=qwertz_the_poet) with it to 100 in HC last league. It's not actually that bad and looks amazing!
Yeah if you can handle it / don't mind it, go for it. It does look very nice ... I just couldn't see enough for it to be worth using in any scenario.
I should also point out, that you played Poet's Pen with unearth/bodyswap. Since you teleport all the time (and mostly see where you are teleporting to) it is less of a problem on that build. For regular RF builds though .... yikes.
Melee CI. Now that's something I haven't heard in a looong time
Apart from immune builds, Melee CI is literally *the* meta Delver.
Is darkness damage chaos? Would CI make you immune to it?
It is not, afaik it's its own damage type "darkness" for which the only mitigation is darkness resist from Niko.

Don't forget to chuck in a Soulthirst and a sanctified mana flask for memes since you're already using a kingsmaker(is that the correct name of the weapon?)
