    As a child I was once riding a horse on a mountain edge similar to this in Ilam, rojhelat, with a family member. It was crazy scary. Maybe why I still have fear of heights. Lol.

    Sorry this is so.... wrong. First Ankara doesn’t want to make peace with PKK because this would require democratizing country & Erdogan isn’t interested in that; second Ankara dumped peace draft in 2015. And I could go on....

    7. The PKK will come to peace table with Turkey ONLY if the YPG is weak in , AND will get along the Syrian Kurds, whom the militarily dominates, ONLY if Ankara is in peace talks with the . It starts with weakening the YPG. There is no other way around!

    I can't think of a worse take, nor a more Turkey-centric portrayal of the situation. There is no logic to Turkey granting rights to Kurds after defeating them militarily. Not just Turkey though. There is no precedent in the history of mankind of this happening.
