What our travelers say:
★★★★★
"Wonderful Eurail Pass experience!"
Our Eurail Pass was wonderful, we didn't have any issues our entire trip. The app was easy to use and I loved that it worked offline since we kept our phones on wifi most of the time. We never had an issue with our Pass being accepted and the app made it clear which trains weren't included. It was such a great experience to travel all over the country and just enjoy the views!

"Amazing!"
I was amazed at how quickly our Eurail Pass arrived to us in Australia! It was so easy to order online and received four days later. Thank you! Just hope we get our way around Europe this Christmas as easily!!

Frequently asked questions
- Do I need a Eurail or an Interrail Pass?
A Eurail Pass can only be used by non-European citizens or residents. European citizens can use an Interrail Pass instead, available from Interrail.eu. If you are not a European citizen but you can prove that you reside in Europe, you can also choose to use an Interrail Pass.

Read more- How many travel days do I need?

You can also ask fellow Eurailers for advice on our popular Facebook page.- Do I still need separate train tickets with a Eurail Pass?
Your Eurail Pass will serve as your train ticket on most trains. With it, you can get on trains run by National Railway Companies, without additional train tickets or supplements.
However, keep in mind that many European high-speed and night trains require reservations. This is to ensure that every traveler has a seat or a bed. When boarding one of these trains, you will need to have both your Eurail Pass and your reservation with you.- Can I use my Eurail Pass for travel within a country?
Yes, you can enjoy travel on domestic trains within the countries where your Eurail Pass is valid. Do keep in mind that high-speed trains often require a reservation.
When traveling from one country to another, make sure that your Eurail Pass is valid in both countries.- Can I travel back and forth between countries?
Yes, you can visit the countries included in your pass as many times as you want, and cross the borders between them as often as you like. Use national and international trains to create your ideal European travel itinerary.
If you travel through a country where your pass is not valid, you'll have to buy an additional ticket for that part of the journey. More information about this can be found here.
