  6. ISIS cells are quite active in Idlib, despite daily arrest campaigns by HTS. Currently, they target mostly HTS fighters and commanders. Locals fear that even more ISIS members will infiltrate the area following the collapse of the "Caliphate" in Deir Ezzor.

  7. Hayat Tahrir al-Sham executed 10 people, allegedly members of an ISIS cell. Yesterday, apparently ISIS carried out a suicide attack at the Fusion Restaurant in Idlib city, killing at least 7 people, among them HTS commanders.
