Remember, Labour swiftly launched disciplinary processes against 2 MPs who were critical of the leadership’s stance on antisemitismhttps://twitter.com/adamwagner1/status/1098952343960342528?s=21 …

Corbyn himself should condemn this swiftly and uncategorically. Not an anonymous ‘Labour spokesperson’. Too long has his silence signalled assent in these situations. I’m not holding my breath

I'm just curious here. How many times do they have to say sorry? How many cases of AS has there been linked to proven Labour Party members? Interesting too that two of Berger's most prolific trolls John Nimmo and Joshua Bonehill-Paine were nothing to do with the Labour Party.
-
Yes that is Chris Williamson’s position too. It’s not about saying sorry. It’s about getting a grip on the problem. Labour has failed to do so. Even the chair of Momentum accepted that it has a major problem this week
-
What is the scale of the problem in Labour? Say, as a percentage of membership. Tom Watson was brandishing a list of 40 cases the other day I understand out of a membership of half a million? How does that relate to other parties or the population as a whole?pic.twitter.com/VDh9FBtG6f

Why not do some research beyond your memes. 673 reports involving antisemitism by members just this year. Hundreds of them led to warnings or sanctions. You are referring to attitudes. Focus on incidents. And do some research beyond your memes
-
How many were proven to be Labour Party members?
-
That was the number Jennie Formby herself gave as labour members!
-
Adam, if you're still arguing with Stephen I wouldn't waste a lot of time - I suspect you'll be there a long time. I can't even tell if he's a genuine unseeing Labour member, a troll or even an agitator stirring up views of AS in Labour. Either way, he won't ever be convinced.

It’s ok for Israel to continue to persecute those poor people in Palestine, they have flagrantly chose to ignore UN resolutions,I wouldn’t call them a nation that can be proud of itself.

Is this any worse than other things he's said and done?
-
Exactly. I expect nothing to happen, or perhaps a token gesture in response to the booking of the room in the commons.
-
Williamson & Corbyn. Between them they would host a who's who of holocaust deniers, terrorists and antisemites. Somebody tell me what the hell are they still doing in mainstream British politics and what right-minded person could even think of voting for them?

your reading of what he says is totally warped...........

Please, go on...

for me he is saying labour does its best to be pro active against anti semitism.....being against a lot of issues that apply to recent Israel governments does not make for being anti semitic...... just humane. being wary of the gulf states doesn't make one anti muslim

I’m pretty shocked (although I probably shouldn’t be) by the two unconcerned people on the podium and by the round of applause.
