Ephesians Chapter 6

Verse 10

Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.

11

Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.

12

For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.

13

Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.

14

Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness;

15

And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace;

16

Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.

17

And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God:

18

Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints;

19

And for me, that utterance may be given unto me, that I may open my mouth boldly, to make known the mystery of the gospel,

20

For which I am an ambassador in bonds: that therein I may speak boldly, as I ought to speak.

23

Peace be to the brethren, and love with faith, from God the Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.

24

Grace be with all them that love our Lord Jesus Christ in sincerity. Amen.

Step 1: start arresting the traitors

Step 2: worry about that "armor of God" bullshit later.... AFTER the arrests.

Most religions are merely a story of the horoscope? Christianity is the story of the sun and the ages in my opinion? Please don’t attack me patriots in fact if you r strong in your beliefs then help me, educate me. I’m most definitely open to anything.

Scholars do not doubt that Jesus fullfilled Old Testament prophecy from 1000-700 years before his birth. That is over 300 prophetic fulfillments by one living soul. If you do the math to find the probability of that, it’s impossible numbers. Those facts are without dispute. Yet you think Christians worship the sun? Perhaps if you educated yourself by reading a Bible it would all become clear to you. I’m not attacking you or anyone, but it seems negligent to me to judge a book by its propaganda (Bible) instead of reading it. Christians worship the God of creation and are thankful that he atoned for our sins by coming down and dying on the cross.

I’ve read it many times. I was raised Catholic and attended catholic schools. I was forced to attend church everyday before school from k-8th grade. I’ve read the Bible many times over. I’ve also attempted to make sense of it all on my own rather than having the powers that be tell me what it’s all about. This is where I’ve concluded that this is a story of the zodiac. I’ve read through the Old Testament and saw all the talk about bulls and horns (Taurus, bull, symbolized by Moses and all the bull and horn references), (walls of Jericho etc). I’ve read the New Testament and read all the references to fish (feeding the masses, Jesus is a fisherman, etc) and see one of the simplest symbols of Christ being the fish (Pisces). I see that when Jesus knows he will soon be put to death, he tells the apostles to prepare for this day. They ask how. He replied, “As you enter the city, a man carrying a jar of water will meet you. Follow him to the house that he enters to. To me, this is symbolic of the passing from the age of Pisces (Jesus) to Aquarius. Just as Moses symbolized the age of Taurus and passed his age to Jesus the fish (Pisces). I see the birth of Jesus occurring on the longest night of the year, symbolizing new life or birth of the new sun as it starts to come out earlier and stay out longer on December 25th. I see the three wise men as stars pointing the way to Sirius. They r perfectly aligned on December 21-25th. “Three wise men came from the east, following a star that led them to Bethlehem to celebrate the birth of Jesus the Messiah. Ancient text claims that the star in the east was Sirius, the brightest star in the sky, which on December 24th aligns with the three brightest stars in the constellation of Orion. The stars were referred to by many ancient cultures as the Three Kings. When Sirius lined up with the Three Kings, they pointed to the place of sunrise on December 25th – the symbolic birth place of the sun or son. Hence, the “Star in the East” heralded the birth of the Egyptian Messiah thousands of years before the Christian era.” “ To summarize, the three wise men serve as pointers for the star in the east, which in turn announces the savior of Egypt. The three highly visible “king-stars” of the splendid constellation of Orion are named Mintaka, Aniltak and Anilam“. I know I’m all over the place but I’ve never really spoken to anyone about this so it’s hard to arrange all of my thoughts in an orderly way.

Hi, 17028501?. You wrote:

Christianity is objectively correct so far as can be rationally known, and to the extent that other religions/philosophies contradict it, to that extent they are incorrect. To wit:

God's existence is a mathematical theorem within standard physics. Standard physics is the known laws of physics, viz., the Second Law of Thermodynamics, General Relativity, and Quantum Mechanics. This theorem has been given in the form of Prof. Frank J. Tipler's Omega Point cosmology. These aforestated known physical laws have been confirmed by every experiment conducted to date. Hence, the only way to avoid Tipler's Omega Point Theorem is to reject empirical science. As Prof. Stephen Hawking wrote, "one cannot really argue with a mathematical theorem." (From p. 67 of Stephen Hawking, The Illustrated A Brief History of Time [New York, NY: Bantam Books, 1996; 1st ed., 1988].)

Prof. Tipler's Omega Point cosmology has been extensively peer-reviewed and published in a number of the world's leading physics and science journals, such as Reports on Progress in Physics (the leading journal of the Institute of Physics, Britain's main professional organization for physicists), Monthly Notices of the Royal Astronomical Society (one of the world's leading astrophysics journals), the International Journal of Theoretical Physics (a journal that Nobel Prize in Physics winner Richard Feynman also published in), and Physics Letters, among other journals.

Prof. Tipler's Ph.D. is in the field of Global General Relativity, which is the field created by Profs. Stephen Hawking and Roger Penrose during the formulation of their Singularity Theorems in the 1960s. Global General Relativity is General Relativity applied on the scale of the entire universe as a whole, and is the most elite and rarefied field of physics. Tipler is also an expert in quantum field theory (i.e., Quantum Mechanics combined with special-relativistic particle physics) and computer theory.

For much more on Prof. Tipler's Omega Point cosmology and the details on how it uniquely conforms to, and precisely matches, the cosmology described in the New Testament, see my following article, which also addresses the societal implications of the Omega Point cosmology:

Additionally, in the below resource are different sections which contain some helpful notes and commentary by me pertaining to multimedia wherein Prof. Tipler explains the Omega Point cosmology and the Feynman-DeWitt-Weinberg quantum gravity/Standard Model TOE.

Regarding the Christ myth theory that you invoked above, virtually all the items which the Christ myth theorists claim as facts which show the parallels of Christianity with earlier pagan religions are completely fabricated modern claims that can't be found in the historical record. For an excellent discussion on this, see the following video:

The above video is an interview of James Patrick Holding (editor of Shattering the Christ Myth: Did Jesus Not Exist? [Maitland, Fla.: Xulon Press, 2008], amazon.com/dp/1606472712 ) by Dr. Craig Johnson on the topic of the Christ myth theory. See also the below resources regarding the Christ myth theory on J. P. Holding's website:

Religion is about the rules.

Our legal system is based on Judeo-Christian values

"If you think Jesus is a myth, or that God is dead, you aren't getting the point of this entire movement, And probably shouldn't be here."

give me a break

The armor was provided by 10 divine commandments. Through our free will, we may choose or honor them and enjoy heaven on earth or reject them and experience a Satanic world.

Isn't it spelled Armour? What's the matter for you?
