OP here, when I first listened to "Hold On Loosely" upon hearing the beginning part I thought I heard the song before; I guess I thought it was "Anyway You Want It".
With a guitar or drums or something:
* "Hold On Loosely" has 4 low volume beat then 2 high volume beats. At the beginning and maybe throughout the rest of the song (I say "maybe" because I'd have to listen to it again to be more conclusive which I don't feel like) it has this pattern of the aforewritten beats: 2 4 2 4 2 4, et cetera. There are fifteen 2 4 pairs at the beginning of the song.
* "Anyway You Want It" - In the beginning after the opening lyrics the is a very similar-sounding 2 4 (or 2 3) beat: 2 4 2 4 2 4 2 4, and so on in this pattern.
