    [BREAKING] SDF spox Mustafa Bali states there is no timeline to send forces into Al-Baghuz. The SDF’s considers the remaining civilians as prisoners and will try to rescue as many as possible before any military offensive.

    [ON THE GROUND] Today ISIS blocked people from exiting their holdout in , slowing the ongoing efforts by to extract civilians and proceed with the final operation. Transports sent to extract civilians and surrendering fighters came back empty.

    [BREAKING] a suicide attack has been carried out against a vehicle carrying soldiers near al-Omar base. Number of casualties not confirmed, but significant. Al-Omar is a main rear base for the operation against & hosts the press pack as well as an academy.

    Mustafa Bali, SDF spokeperson, told the RIC that this extraction was enabled by the efforts of their special forces and that he witnessed himself that thousands of persons are still held inside the enclave & will be extracted in coming days. 3/4

    Women and children are all being brought to Al-Hol refugee camp. They were obviously starving and thirsty. Many children visibly happy, but some appearing quite shaken. No information yet about presence of persons. 2/4

    [UPDATE] According to sources & observation of RIC, more than 25 trucks and 2000 people were exfiltrated from Baghuz, Deir-ez-Zor today. Among them at least one ISIS militant wounded in clashes with SDF forces. The other suspected ISIS militants have been arrested by SDF. 1/4
