    Over the past 8 years, at least 336 uses of chemical weapons were confirmed in Syria. Almost all the attacks — 98 percent — were attributed to Assad’s military or affiliated forces. The rest were attributed to ISIS.

    Tulsi Gabbard might as well come out and ask WikiLeaks to hack her opponent(s). This is pretty clearly an appeal to Assange/WikiLeaks (and a pledge not to pursue them legally if she were in office). That she speaks of WikiLeaks like this in the present is extremely troubling.

    "This white lady" is a Syrian American and it's not my opinion, it's a fact, that Russian air strikes have increased civilian casualties in Syria by over a third. Also not my opinion that Russia helped Assad get away with war crimes — it's international law.
