  3. That's not at all what he said. Plus, I'm not sure anyone ever claimed there were casualties *in the hospital* in question. As has been well established, the chlorine attack was especially deadly because the gas sank down through a heavily populated apt building, in the dark.

  4. Actions do indeed have consequences, but nation states also have responsibilities to their citizens - good or bad. What will the do with Shamima? And the many others sat in ? We've sat on this issue for too long - that too has consequences.

    Almost a year later, people are still squabbling over the intricacies of the 7 April 2018 Douma chemical attacks. Madness. We know of hundreds of similar incidents over more than five years. The interesting thing to do is look for consistencies among them and tease out patterns.

    There are also many minor cases in that may never see the eyes of justice. I know of one -n who spent 2011-12 informing on fellow students, some of whom then "disappeared." He then "fled" to & is now on social media & TV, spreading misinformation.

    Joining is just a little different to surrendering, . A vast majority of Division 30 (a) fought back against and lost or (b) simply surrendered. They did not join. would never even had accepted them in their ranks if they'd wanted to.
