I've tried it and run it with a pause of 30 seconds and got over 70k DMs. 0 lockdown. Or you can write your own to just extract the DM ids to get a #

I used to manage Twitter with http://sferik.github.io/t/ and https://github.com/orakaro/rainbowstream … but I never found an effective way to keep an eye on all the DMs. Especially the ones which get "stuck" in the "Message requests" queue.
