    1/3 I feel very happy after being able to help little Naseem walk again! If only I could describe the joy I feel inside. I feel so helpless when I watch children dying in front of me. I suffer for weeks mentally when I am forced to amputate my patients as a result of this war

    Folks haven't watched any Syria videos for this myth. Just few weeks ago an HTS strike demonstrates no type of warhead is a joke.

    Using HEAT warhead against infentry in open areas is complete waste of ammunition and a sign of ignorance and lack of adequate training because the cumulative jet effect. Using anti-personnel warheads such as HE, thermobaric or shrapnel would be more appropriate
