This is super disappointing behavior. Your work means a lot to me but I hope you really examine the behavior of your colleague and realize it's not okay.
As I said, I'm through talking shop. But you may want to have a look at "my colleagues" recent Tweets re: things spoken of with colleagues. And yes, I am aware of what is and isn't okay.
