      Cloudflare @1111Resolver has NOT blocked @archiveis it's actually the other way around. Cloudflare has offered help on more than one occasion to fix it, and http://archive.is  has refused.

      I received exacly zero offers to refuse. And as you resolve the domains to a Cloudflare IP, you was always able to proxy the website for the users of 1.1.1.1 through your CDN instead of displaying "Error 1016" or SSL_ERROR_NO_CYPHER_OVERLAP

      They have admitted they are intentionally blocking @1111Resolver https://twitter.com/archiveis/status/1018691421182791680 … They are entirely in the wrong here, and couldn't care less about anyone that wants to use their service, because of some perceived high ground.

      "Having to do" is not so direct here. Absence of EDNS and massive mismatch (not only on AS/Country, but even on the continent level) of where DNS and related HTTP requests come from causes so many troubles so I consider EDNS-less requests from Cloudflare as invalid.

      No, they have not. They are pointing out that @1111Resolver's requests are apparently intentionally malformed, and thus until they fix their broken requests, they are not honoring them.

      Especially since @archiveis now sends people to some extremely dodgy looking Russian site when using @1111Resolver They have an obvious agenda, and are breaking things intentionally to get their point across.

      "It seems quite strange that literally every other DNS server I test, routes it properly with the exception of cloudflare." And that sums up the problem. Cloudflare IS blocking @archiveis. They're returning incorrect data that literally no other DNS server does.

          Nope. The owner of archive(.is is intentionally returning the wrong DNS response. Ask the website owner why they are doing that.
