    大学院のときの指導教員、多分その気になれば普通に年収4-5000万くらい行くのだけど、学生とオープンに研究するのが好きという理由でアメリカで助教やっているので、お金で人が動かない例としてよく挙げる。

    国立大の助教だと兼業スロットをフルに使えば1000万行く気がするので、研究めっちゃ頑張りながら産学連携もめっちゃ頑張るのは手じゃないですかね。（学務？）

    Duke大学の英語使えメールの件、「please使って丁寧に書いている」というのを見たけど、pleaseは有無を言わさず強制するのに近い表現なのでかなり気を付けた方が良いと思う。しかもあのメールだとわざわざ大文字で"PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE"なので単なる命令より性質が悪い。
