Windows_NT (AKA Microsoft Windows NT, WIN NT, and NT) is an old operating system (OS). The "NT" part of the name is an initialism for "New Technology".
The difference between the Windows NT startup audio and the Widows NT shutdown audio is that if one is played in reverse the other is derived (the startup audio is the shutdown audio played in reverse and vice versa).[1]
