    Make no mistake. The guy is called "Sheikh Mujahid", a title reserved to top ranking commanders of the Islamic State. Abu Bakr al Baghdadi sent him to Sirte, together with Abul Mughirah al Qahtani (the Wali, killed) and Abu Muaz al Tikriti (aka Abdul Qader al Nadji, current Wali)

    So, the most important religious figure of the Islamic State in Libya (killed) was in Raqqa during the Ramadan. It means between June 28 and July 28 2014, because the year before Raqqa wasn't under the control of the Islamic State and in summer 2014 he was dispatched to Libya.

    The voice you hear is Imran al Azdi (aka Abu Amer al Jazrawi) the religious authority of the Islamic State in Libya, reciting the taraweeh prayers in one of the mosques of Raqqa. He was the speaker during the killing of the Copts in Sirte in January 2015

    If you watched the latest releases from Eastern Syria produced by the Islamic State: the Kurdish forces are suffering the enemy initiatives only during the bad weather days because they can't have the US air support. From now on it's bad weather everyday

    Interestingly, Zammar was freed from the Syrian jails thanks to an exchange of prisoners organized by his old friend Abu Khalid al Suri, a leading figure in Ahrar al Sham. But Zammar joined the Islamic State. And one month after this video, more or less… ->

    Agreed with the OP's opinion, most of the kit is Block I/PR era and wouldn't be used on current US SOF issued team firearms. I can't specify exact barrel length from the picture so won't comment beyond saying there are tons of 10.3" bbl downrange. I'd wager Iraqi SOF leakage.

    I'm pretty sure it's an iraqi M4 (probably taken from ICTS/ISOF), US aren't using 11 inches barrels.
