    وإنّنا إذ نُعبِّر عن أسفنا للضحايا والخسائر فإنَّ وزارة الخارجيّة ستقوم باستدعاء السفير التركيِّ لدى بغداد، وتُسلـِّمه مذكرة احتجاج حول الحادث والمطالبة بعدم تكراره. لافتين إلى أنَّ سيادة العراق، وأمن مُواطِنيه تقع في المقام الأوَّل ضمن مسؤوليات الحكومة العراقـيَّة.
