Is KDP or a certain wing in KDP angry at Turkey? Is KDP getting closer to any Turkey’s regional rivals? Or is KDP not happy with PUK’s improving relations with PUK - today flights between Sulaimani & Turkey restarted-.

The Kurds especially locals are angry at Turkish bombardments which has killed innocent Kurdish civilians repeatedly. But for anyone who knows anything about the sociopolitical realities on ground, KDP has endorsed this protest if not organised it.

One thing you can know for sure about KDP-controlled areas especially in Bahdinan is that no protest, especially an organised one, happens without KDP permission. If it got violent i.e burning a building, you can be sure it is KDP-inspired.
