As an industry we’ve largely failed to solve decades old challenges, and we’re currently pivoting towards monetising our own failures. Diversity is very much not a strength of the industry either. The gate keeping is also strong. All the these things need to change.

I debated about it. The Tarah screenshot was tweeted by her husband so they clearly know, and I believe the others know. I had been completely oblivious to this stuff happening.
