Have you ever come across a deadlink on the Web and wish you could have seen it at the time someone referenced it?

I think I can safely say plenty of us have stumble across this problem.

The nice thing about the Web is that anyone can help prevent that from becoming more common!

Wonderful projects like The Internet Archiver

, Archive.is, Webcitation, Megalodon.jp, and many more, help to create a “snapshot” of the World Wide Web.

How Can I Help?

Going to each site to submit a URL can be version cumbersome.

However, a wonderful developer named GRoblin

has made this substantially easier.

They have made an amazing browser extension, Page Cache Archiver - Get Cache & Save Page.

It exists for both Firefox and Chrome/Chromium too.

You can also install it in Opera via the Install Chrome Extensions

 plugin.
