    My name is Ömer I think you can read the nuance in my tweet, but what changed that ISIS was able to target US soldiers twice? Where did they got their intel? Only changing dynamic is the announcement of the US withdrawal. On the ground, nothing changed

    2 attacks by ISIS in 2 weaks targeting American soldiers. What changed that ISIS has become able to target US soldiers? From where have ISIS got intel about time and location of US soldiers in Manbij and Hasakah? It seems more and more like the YPG is behind the intel to ISIS
