    Pompeo has spoken to Turkey’s foreign minister and says a possible agreement is a work in progress. Pompeo says it can be achieved so as to allow the Turks to defend their country while leaving alone Kurds who don’t pose a threat.

    It is not the Turkish state that is deciding who is Kurdish - PKK have been detaining, torturing, and threatening any Kurdish person that does not accept the PKKs version of being Kurdish. Not the other way around. The truth is that the PKK want all Kurds to join them or else

    It is always funny, how Turks always try to decide who is a Kurd and who is not. For Turkey’s state ideology, all who fight for their self-determination are not Kurds but "terrorists"

    Syria's north, west of the Euphrates, has been covered in fog for the last week or so. The timeframe specified with the release of the video doesn't match. There's increasing doubt whether it's actually recent or accurate.

    Two US helicopters can be seen in the distance still patrolling the skies of Manbij. What can't be seen but possibly heard is a US plane scouting the skies from above. Time: 12G.
