    HTS (salvation gov) overshadow the legit opposition in Idlib enables Assad, Iran and Russia to attack the final 'pocket of terrorism'. al-Jolani’s suicide mission no doubt will help Assad burn Idlib just like ISIS helped him win the war and get away with his heinous war crimes.

    While HTS gearing up for Ariha and Marrat al-Numan after west Aleppo, NLF do not seem ready to defend these major towns. HTS has strong presence in the heart of Mount Zawiya, make it very difficult for NLF and friends make a serious stand. NLF last resort IMO would be Ghab plain.

    Most likely scenario in , Assad's army will take the city, Euphrates Shield will expand its territory south of in agreement with Russia and out.

    With 450kms long frontline between Turkish-backed and pro-Assad forces destabilization area could be much wider than just Manbij (also border in Hatay)
