The rise in gas prices are set by international standards as to the price of gas prices elsewhere. Until the US is completely independent from other countries, nothing will change. The oil pipeline for refining gas, nOpe! Drilling on federal lands in Alaska, nOpe! How about establishing more drilling in the gulf after establishing new standards and inspections, nOpe!
Obama is awesome you say? Fuck you sister, keep your "change."
I quite honestly don't care what the gas prices are though, I will just raise my own rates as to what I charge people to offset the rise in prices. I'm a moderate republican, what I charge will be passed back to consumers.

At this time there are no laws which I'm aware of declaring personhood of a fetus. What is personhood? Personhood is a concept used by pro-wire hanger activists, they're attempting to have states pass laws which state "life begins at birth." You may ask why does this matter and how does the issue affect yourself. In the ruling of Roe vs Wade, a judge gave an opinion if there were laws defining life beginning at birth, giving a fetus personhood status, then the fetus would be protected by the 14th amendment. My thoughts: If I were a female in Oklahoma and the laws were signed in to law, I'd get knocked up, drink lots of booze, and pop out FAS (fetal alcohol syndrome babies) / Retard babies just to give them up and drain the state of their resources. I'll encourage women to do this if living in a state which such laws are passed. While they may have to go through pregnancy, women feel more pleasure during sex while pregnant. So the end solution for women in Oklahoma if the bill passes the house and is signed in to law: Get knocked up Drink alcohol Pop out FAS / Retard babies Give them up for adoption ???? This morning I called the shelter where the dog was taken. I confirmed the shelter was NOT a no-kill shelter. I asked if the dog would be put down or if a new home will be found. The response was this, "we don't put down animals which are the victims." I discussed briefly and also asked if the dog was likely to find a new home. The woman who I was speaking to stated the husky was transferred to a foster home and was likely to find a new home. Hopefully the dog will be placed to a home which will receive proper respect and care. | | |
| | | There are certain aspects one should keep in mind when they have other people do work for them. During this economy, one must keep their finances in order during these times. Is your time better spent elsewhere if you're able to work, or should you do your own cleaning in order to save money? The trade off is the your time vs how much people want to clean your house/mow your lawn/shovel your driveway*.
Some people make jokes, as do I, about,"It's not worth my time."
A question one should raise before stating such or inquiring about services, "Can I earn money while they're cleaning, or am I just being lazy?" It's important to make sure people are saving as much money as they can, also working when they can. People need to be saving up in case they lose their job, or some other issue arises where they must have a pillow to fall back on.
Think about how you spend money and how you manage your resources.

| | | I've started to shop at stores commonly visited to those in the community. I'm not pleased to what I hear, more and more are people talking about their rough life during these times. I must admit I've been partially oblivious to others around me since I always have jobs lined up, even when I expect the job to last for at least a year, and am disturbed at the ratio of people who I hear have money troubles.
Here's some thought to the economy and the average person in the community.
Here's what I commonly hear:
- Person has job
- Person buys widgets with credit cards
- Person loses job as economy gets worse through the company making cutbacks(employees)
- Person defaults on their financial obligations, including the possibility of losing their house
- Person falls behind, becoming another one of the individuals who make the economy even worse
- Person gets job at a lesser wage than currently obtained, in worse position
- Person takes a long time paying off bills at a high interest rate, not buying with money
- Economy gets worse since people don't buy as much since the US is a consumer based economy
As a person who makes anywhere from 90-110k per year, I feel helpless to not being able to do anything in order to improve my own community. I also feel like a bastard in sort of a way, always hearing people not being able to find work for months, sometimes up to a year, while I make a phone call and I've immediate employment.
I've thought about the job crisis and come to some conclusions:
1) there are jobs
2) Unfortunate the available jobs are too senior for the majority of the jobless
3) Companies would rather outsource their jobs or get a visa for a foreigner in order to fill said job
Regarding above, people have watched me grow irritated because of my own history. I don't have any degree, I don't have any certs and the truth is... I'm a high school dropout. I just turned 27 and am making 100+k a year. How? I said, "Fuck it" to games and hit the books ever since I was little. While at times I do have communication issues with others while I'm, "I'm the zone," I do know how to communicate and complete my work in a timely manner.
I don't understand why others can't be like me, people are given choices to study, work and play. Yet when the choice comes to them, they'd rather spend their time playing and jacking off instead of earning cash.
When I was your age... I mean... When I was 8, I was going door to door using those existing sales catalogs from the back of Boy's Life magazines. I learned to talk to people, I learned how to pitch a sale... ON MY OWN! Neither of my parents were/are intelligent on the scale of being a go-getter. They are/were the type of people to be apart of the corporate cog like in Joe Versus the Volcano.
You want work, study hard(even if it's in college) and pursue what you need to pursue. You don't have to obtain your dream job right away like how I did in becoming a programmer/systems admin/ network admin, but go out there and get a job which helps improve a company or the community.
I've been all over the states, I've done my own travels, I've lived in the wild for 5 years while still performing my important duties related to technology. If you want to explore, then explore. If you want to relocate, then relocate. Don't piss time away as if you know, "There's plenty of time," there is not. Study hard, become successful, stop wasting time playing video games. | | |

The reason I was able to eat horse meat was from a Mexican restaurant where I used to live was unlawfully using horse meat in place of beef in all of their products. They were eventually shut down, but such food opened my eyes. Most people are ignorant and stupid among the topic of food! Too many people don't eat specific food items over social values, such beliefs are wrong! Sure, I've eaten endangered whale, I've eaten horse, and I will gladly eat any other animal out there! I currently have no interest in a gallery site, I only watch artists, groups and a few people here, that's pretty much it. Some of the people here are on livejournal and update there they have updates.
If I'm interested in a furry gallery again, I'll probably SoFurry or InkBunny. Other than that, I'll stay around here to communicate with others.
