It's clearly listed that it's not written by them. It is however, still an active endorsement of the content considering it's hosted on their site.
I've seen a lot of comments attributing stuff in the article to Patch, so don't know about that one.

I don't understand how anything of what I said was counter-productive, but alright. An opinion that differs from yours does not make mine an "immediate reaction", nor does it make yours better under any circumstance. Come back to -me- later when you're not making assumptions.
