    Buffer zone declared by Trump includes the entire M4 highway. Depending on its implementation, this might be something Turkey can live with. However, if the aim is to blockade Turkish presence in this area and to protect the YPG, this might be a main reason for escalation

    HTS made a previous agreement with Ahrar al-Sham units in the Ghab Plains according to which Ahrar fighters were allowed to leave towards Afrin. According to reports the first convoy will consists of 1700 fighters who will be evacuated to Afrin.

    The fighting in Idlib ended with an agreement between Ahrar al-Sham/Suqour al-Sham and HTS according to which these factions will exchange prisoners and handover the administration of their regions to the HTS-backed Salvation Government.
