性自認がどうであろうと女体を持たなければ女体へのヘイトクライムを受けないし、性自認がどうであろうと女体を持っていれば女体へのヘイトクライムを受ける。女体を持って生まれてくれば男体向け仕様の社会で女体特有の病気や身体の不調を社会的に無視される苦しみを味わう。こんなの自明でしょう。

性犯罪被害に遭った女性はほとんど届けないよ。ちなみに私も露出狂にあったり、夜道で胸を掴まれたりしたことがあるが、後者は諸条件から届はしたが警察にムダな労力を割いて欲しくないので告訴はしなかった。犯人、五十嵐潤。10年後に別件逮捕で報道されていたがね。

あとツイ界で、ＭtFに襲われた被害者に遭遇したこともある。被害者の名誉にかかわることなので保存していないが、自分は女性だから大丈夫だと、私の読解力ではかなり入念に言い含められたという印象を受けた。

ですから、性暴力被害について、海外では明らかに高いという統計があります。普段「日本での強姦件数は少ない→それは海外より暗数が多いからだ」というフェミニストの方は、これを無視してはいけないはずだ、という事です。
