I feel as though you've highlighted one of the problems. "I'm outraged... call me if I can do anything from my position within this company" - said everyone at Google who has the power and moral obligation to be doing this already.

The algo is completely unable to differentiate from reading ABOUT extremism (which is all given way too much air in mainstream media btw), and seeing the actual content. This Steve King example isn't the first time this has happened to me either, but probably the most egregious.
