Bollywood superstar Salman Khan turns 53
Bollywood Superstar Salman Khan who is known as ‘Bhaijan’ turns 53 today. Salman Khan is the biggest star in Indian cinema since last 25 years. Salman Khan is also a mentor for many youngsters who want to make a break in Bollywood. Salman Khan wears multiple hats as a film personality. He is an actor, producer and sometimes he also makes special appearances like he recently did in Shah Rukh Khan’s Zero.
Salman Khan celebrated his birthday last night with family and friends at his farmhouse in Panvel. Several actors including Anil Kapoor, Katrina Kaif, Mouni Roy, Sohail Khan, Sunil Grover, Jacqueline Fernandes and Vatsal Sheth were also present on his birthday. The actor’s fans and admirers also gathered outside Galaxy apartment in Bandra area in Mumbai to catch a glimpse of him on his special day and to shower their blessings and love upon him.
On the occasion of his birthday, Salman decided to offer gifts to his fan across the country. Talking about the Sale Salman said, “Birthday Mera, Gift Aap sab k Liye” (it’s my birthday but the gift will be for all of you). Apart from this brand “Being Human” Salman also runs a foundation which is a registered charitable trust that works in the areas of education and health care for the underprivileged. He also endorses a range of brands including “Suzuki Motorcycles and Chlormint Gum”.
The superstar’s previous movie has also done well on the box office. Salman’s movie “Tiger Zinda Hai” and the recent movie “Race 3” both hot the box office. He also hosts the TV reality show “Big Boss” which is the most popular show. This year Forbes Magazine has made Salman a highest paid male actor. Salman was placed on the 9th spot with earnings of $38.5 million.
