Its a variety of people from my personal experience honestly. You get some militant Christians, but most from what I've seen are more SJW's, kids/adults who have low self esteem and feel better being the accuser than the accused, then you just have the inexperienced trolls who join suite cause its what everyone else is doing/just for fun cause its the "cool" thing to do.

I'm generally open-minded and chill with peoples beliefs, lack of beliefs, etc... but when you advocate that as your reason to justify being an asshole, well... Weeeelll if we look at anatomy and historical cultures during that time, boys were not considered “men,” and therefore not marriageable, until the age of 13. Girls were not considered “women” until age 12. These ages more or less correspond to the onset of puberty. While those ages might seem too young to society now, but they weren't unusual ages for getting married back then, ergo the bible is cool with fucking kids. Anything under 16/18, right?

What the cub community (artists and fans alike) needs to understand is that deleting your account and leaving is NOT the answer. If you ask me it's the total opposite, all it really does is show them that their tactics are working, thus giving them more power to exterminate our community. We need to stand our ground and fight back, because if we don't eventually inkbunny might ban cub. Other fetish communities also need to do the same, because once they're done with us, who's to say they won't try to do the same to those communities? The core of the fandom seems to have shifted. Someone made a journal a couple of months ago, wondering if the fandom has changed as of late. Honestly all evidence points towards it really has, and not just from "time changes things/nothing lasts forever" standpoint, but as a fundamental whole, its different.
The furries I personally knew starting out are all gone, all jumped ship and haven't looked back. It seems since 2016+, theres been a generation gap between the mid 2000's-mid 2010's furs and Generation Z kids who are turning 18ish now and most of the fandom are incorporated by newer generation kids. We couldn't say the fandom was really mainstream from 2005-2013, but after the Generation Z kids started gravitating in from Youtubers talking about the fandom, MLP, and a lot of games pandering to the fandom, the fandom became mainstream since, and I think theres too much of a wedge between the generation gap because of that. Most furries now are the Generation Z flash-in-the-pan, trendy hipsters. So those kind of people will do what other people are doing, mentality-wise. Which unfortunately includes witch hunts against particular individuals/minorities.

I can't believe they left. I am following quite a few artists, and they are the third or fourth one to just up and leave in the past month or so. I wish they would leave the art up or just put it under friends only or something. I got my main character from Peony.

But by giving in and taking down all their art just means that the bad guys win. If people are trolling you, then block them and report them, but don't give in, because that just means that their bullying has worked and they win. This is like at my work, if I gave in to my coworkers bullying I would of quit after about 3 months, but I have sucked it up and just be nicer to them, because bullies really hate that and I don't show that they are getting to me, I won't let my coworker win.

Pedophilia, referring specifically to real life sexual exploitation of real life children, is and should be a crime. Exploring the fantasy through stories, art, even games should be no more criminal than exploring real life robbery, murder and mayhem in movies, stories or computer games. A real child has rights, a fictional one shouldn't and doesn't.
