17-Year-Old Girl Charged With Raping Adult Male At Knife Point

Normally when you hear about a full-grown man having sex with a female minor, it’s a rape or at least statutory rape against the man. In Michigan, the complete opposite happened. A 17-year-old girl has been charged with rape after she threatened a 19-year-old man with a knife, forcing him to have sex with her. I’m sure you have many questions about this. So do I.

A 17-year-old Saginaw woman could face life in prison on charges she raped a 19-year-old man at knife point.

Lestina Marie Smith was arraigned Tuesday morning, Jan. 17, on two felony counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct. Each charge carries a maximum punishment of life in prison.

The charges stem from a Jan. 11 incident in Saginaw Township where Smith allegedly held another Saginaw teen at knife point and engaged in oral and vaginal sex with him.

There’s an awful lot missing from this story. I think the first question is, how exactly does a girl force a man to have vaginal intercourse with her? I know for a fact if a hideous woman pulled a knife on me and said I had to have sex with her or she’d stab me, there would be nothing but a scared turtle in my pants. I can see no way that an erection would occur in this circumstance. The girl could perform oral sex on the guy with him getting hard, but anything else requires a boner.

Second, I’d like to believe that a grown man could easily disarm a 17-year-old girl. Serious, it doesn’t seem like this “victim” put up much of a fight. Did the man in this case have special needs or was he disabled? That might explain a few things, because I believe a physically fit man could have stopped himself from getting raped by a young girl.

And while we are on the subject, why would the man even report this? I don’t find this girl attractive, but maybe she’s hot in Saginaw, MI. In any case, he got a BJ and had sex, which is something young men usually like to brag about. Instead, the story on the street is that he was overpowered by a teenaged girl and raped. Even if this story is 100% true, it’s not going to do anything for this guy’s reputation.

Lastly, the accused is a 17-year-old girl. Since when do they release the name and mug shot of a minor accused of a crime? Along that same line, how would anyone justify handing out a double-life sentence to a teenaged girl who gave head to a grown man?

As you can tell I have my doubts about certain aspects of this story, but I tend to think that things that smell like bullshit are bullshit. For the feminist movement though, they have a new champion. Is there anything more empowering than a female fighting the male-centric society and rape culture by forcing a man to have sex at knife point?

  8. Several things here. First of all, I agree that there is no way a female is going to “rape” a male in which the male is forced to perform vaginal sex against his will. To get an erection, you have to be in to it – no pun intended. I don’t care what the “new biology” tries to teach. It cannot happen.

    Secondly, Brain asks how a full grown man couldn’t overpower a 17-year old girl. 19 is not a “full grown man.” Besides that, have you seen most 20-somethings and teenagers these days? They are freaking tiny. 18 year olds look more like 12 year olds now. As a species, we are regressing… not progressing.

    Thirdly, Brian asks why the guy tattled. It’s because there is no masculinity anymore. That “Neanderthal” trait has been bred-beat-indoctrinated out of the modern man. I predict we will see more of these cases where the guy has sex with a girl, and then the next day regrets screwing something as fuggly as this and runs to the cops… “… but I told her no and she pressured me to keep going. [remember the “Baby, It’s Cold Outside” controversy] No means no, damn it!”

    Finally, and most importantly… LIFE sentence for this, even if it is real? Are you kidding me!? What is wrong with these sentences lately? You can go to jail for life if you smoke a joint and rape someone, but if you kill someone, you might only get 10-30 years. The moral of that story is that if you are going to rape someone, by God you had better go ahead and murder them. Even if you do get caught, you won’t be any worse off than if you had let them live. Hell, you might even get a lighter sentence!

    … sigh… God help us….

    • You don’t care what biology tries to teach you. What an argument. Women get lubricated and erected during rape too and that is a known fact. People just are wired that way. Women forcing men to have sex with them is nothing new, but usually women use other means than knives.

  10. That girl has a face even a mother couldn’t love. I know if I was forced to have oral sex with that creature, I certainly wouldn’t tell anyone. I would be too embarrassed.

  13. Even if this story is 100% true, it’s not going to do anything for this guy’s reputation.

    Being a victim of rape rarely does anything for your reputation.
    Secondly, I am glad that none of you are victims of rape. If so you would know that sometimes the genitalia will betray you (a male can have an erection just as a female may have an orgasm.) Look it up before you make such ignorant statments.

    • Personally, I think it probably took more guts to report it than not. I don’t get the thinking that imagines someone should not report a sexual assault at knifepoint just because they’re a male. As if being a man means being automatically obligated to comply with this woman’s unwanted sexual advances.

This is just as insane as one of them telling me it is possible for a woman to be sexually assaulted by a man and not realize she’s been assaulted until later. When I asked how this could possibly be, and suggested the woman actually gave consent at the time and just had regrets later, her only reply: “well, I can’t explain it but its because of patriarchy”. Honestly. That was her reasoning. Because of patriarchy. She never met my Italian grandmother, the matriarch.

  17. Why do you assume she gave him a BJ? If she forced him it was about HER pleasure so she must have forced him to give head to her (yes, oral can also mean this – did you know that?). But more importantly I think males can also be raped! Getting a boner is not necessary a sign of being into it!

  24. Story does sound like bullshit. Won’t be the first time a young black minor’s name and picture were posted in the media. Not the first time a young black teen would be facing life for such a crime. This story doesn’t even sound real due to the fact that there’s no actual story.
