    Whether US withdrawal from Syria works out as neutral or negative for Trump depends on who takes over the NE, Damascus or Ankara and its rebel proxies. If the latter, the Afrin-like extirpation of Syria's Assyrian & Syriac Christian communities would be an obvious own goal.

    in important news, today I found out that Paint it Black was inspired by legendary Erkin Koray's song, Bu Eylül Akşamı Mick Jagger told Rolling Stone Magazine the 1966 song "was this kind of Turkish song". Koray's song had come out a few years earlier
