Terms of Service
This isn't going to be fancy i just have a few rules about commissioning me.
1) please try and be polite, it will make everything go much faster.

2) please understand that i am clinically depressed and will sometimes need to take a few days off.

3) PLEASE if there is anything wrong with a W.I.P. tell me when i show you it, not once the picture is finished.

4) i am not comfortable drawing copyrighted characters or recolors (these are: sonic, digimon, and cartoon characters.) i am ok with drawing safe for work pictures of pokemon and my little pony OC's. if you want me to draw a copyrighted character THERE WILL BE A FEE. that fee will vary depending on the stage of commission (sketch, lined, ect.) and the fetish.

5) my commissions wont always be done in the order they were taken. for example; if you commission me for a fetish drawing of something i don't like doing, and then someone commissions me to do a picture i will enjoy, i may do that on first.

6) if you are nothing but rude and unbearable or bring up threats, i will refuse to do business with you again.

7)i do offer refunds, BUT if i finish your drawing and you just dont like it, tough coconut, i will do 2 edits but only if its to a stage i didn't give you a wip of.

I WILL REFUND YOU IF I HAVEN'T STARTED YET.

IF I HAVE STARTED HERE ARE THOSE RULES.

a) if ive done just a sketch of a full color i will deduct the amount i would currently charge for a sketch and give you the rest back.

b)if i dont have the money in my paypal at the time, GIVE ME SOME TIME to transfer some into it and i will give you that back.

C) I can not and will not refund a ych if I have begun work.

IF YOU RUSH ME YOU WILL GET RUSHED ART.

I DO NOT WORK ON DEADLINES UNLESS ONE IS GIVEN TO ME.

that's about it for now.

Good to have a TOS in regards to edits!
Refunds are always kinda sticky deal. Kudos for offering them. I'm not a fan of refunds, especially after the sketch stage. Any work is still work that has a value to it. If anything, if they didn't like it at the sketch stage, I'd refund them if they paid in full, minus the cost of a sketch :-/ Cuz man. Your work's too good to let ppl abuse you.

Probably shouldn't but aren't they normally little kids that expect things to be done when they want them to?
another person I know ranted about how people were bitching to them about how they are a lying thriving artist because they don't have all day to draw..... That and the post office lost like all of their letters they sent out that have badges.

so... Other than me doing nothing but being annoying, hope you can always have fun doing what you do!

Ja, it's good to set a final deadline though. That way people won't have questions. YOu can simply state: "You will receive it within _______ weeks." taht way it won't matter which order you do them in and you have the freedom to stall, but at the same time, the buyer has a time frame fro when they'll get the product.
I've been on both ends: harassed after a day of the order being placed and every day following it. I've also been the buy who hasn't received their paid for piece in over 4 months, with no telling of if or when I'll ever see it. This can be highly stressful on both regards, which can be solved by having a lengthy deadline by which all things will be guaranteed to be finished if not sooner n.n

Hey there. I was just wondering the whereabouts of the auction? Am I eligible for refund or partial?
