I think we should continue to leave a handful of ODAs in Rojava until the Kurds negotiate their re-entry into the Syrian state. This should be our withdrawal plan, which also keeps Turkey the hell out.

Re: the announcement to withdrawal US forces from Rojava, this is like the third time Trump has said this & I suspect he will flipflop on this over the next 24hrs. However, I think we only need a light footprint (one SF co. max) in-country and need to send JSOC and big Army home.

Book three, Direct Action, is about a group of rogue SEAL Team Six operators turned contractors working covert ops within the context of the Arab Spring. The stuff in this book turned out to be frighteningly real.

As much as I dislike Trump, when you strip the emotions out of it, I don't think there is really any evidence that the other option would have been any better.

I get asked why I loathe Communism so fervently. It's damn near a religion with me. How about a little background. I'm from the wrong side of the tracks. My siblings would have stolen railroad tracks and sold them for scrap. When we left the farm, we went to the trailer park.

Twitter and the users on it encourage a lot of people with mental health issues to turn themselves into a public spectacle rather than seek treatment. This platform is super gross and won't be reflected well upon in retrospect.
