    At this very moment, Kurdish fighters are engaged in a fierce battle for the last stretch of land under Isis control. Hundreds have been killed, and it's not yet over. They are likely hearing the news that US is withdrawing now. Surreal.

  6. This will not only endanger Kurdish region in Syria but as we've seen in Afrin there will be massive displacement of Kurds and Erdogan is going to change the demography by sending back refugees there. YPG must allow other Kurds including Rojava Pesh to join to defend the region.

  14. KDP-backed Roj Peshmarga which clashed with PKK-backed Yazidi forces, YBS, a year ago is now reportedly deployed in Rojava borders with Turkey which is controlled by SDF (one of the main components of SDF is YPG which has close ties to PKK).
