So as of today...the Mueller team *still* has not produced Strzok's actual 302 form from the Jan 24 Flynn interview. Not only have they NOT produced that document, they today handed him a memorandum he didn't even ask for, a response to Flynn's filing from Tuesday.
So I fully expect to see Judge Sullivan toss this case on Tuesday, Dec. 18, and then rip these Mueller prosecutors a new one. What they did here is just as bad as what the Ted Stevens prosecutors got caught doing, and it goes WAY higher right into leadership of the FBI.
Also note clearly what the Mueller filing is saying: there was no Russian collusion involving Flynn, there never was, the media is full of morons, and what they charged Flynn with doing was supposedly LYING TO PENCE AND OTHER WH OFFICIALS about his phone calls with Kislyak.
The Mueller SC team is about to LOSE the very first case it brought to trial after they & the Democrats & DNC Media & Never Trumpers spent a goddamn YEAR high-fiving each other over sending Flynn to prison. Eat it, you losers. /end
Maybe he'll throw in a side of contempt of court and some jail time for the holidays? Ok, ok, probably too much to ask for.

maybe the Mueller team wanted Sullivan 2 dismiss charges against Flynn. they (possibly) didn't want their records scrutinized. maybe they destroyed/altered the reports that were in their charge. maybe they "fudged" the records. a lot of "maybe's" here but I've seen it done b4.

The judge better do more than just RIP them, they need to be held in contempt and jailed until those records are given to the judge. Mueller needs to go to jail

Why shouldn’t the judge order Mueller’s arrest?
The Judge won't toss the case. These docs show Flynn lied to the FBI agents, regardless of how they recorded him. That's a different matter that will never be prosecuted. Probation or maybe even no jail time due to his military record.
They lied about what they were doing. Said no need for a lawyer. You have a right to have one present. They knew better. Plus the 302's weren't filled out in time. Could be another problem for them.
