    This is exactly what universities should be doing to address the mental health crisis among grad students: promote & cherish brilliant professors who are also supportive mentors. Bringing us dogs to pet & giving free massages during exam periods isn't the solution.

    Thrilled to report that is now officially a tenured member of the faculty at the University of Chicago. Congratulations Paul on this extraordinary achievement!
