Okay so i want to post more myself. For now i have been posting sometimes post i made myself (you can find them under the tag “depressedanxiety”). But I want to do that more. I would also like to show more of myself, how i am, what i think, what i like etc so you all can get to know me better. So i came up with a few ideas of what i’m going to start doing.

concepts of ideas:
- Fear of the week. I’m going to start making a group of posts about my fears. My concept for now is that I will post each week on the Monday one of my fears. With an explanation of the fear, How it started, How it effects my life and other things. This way i also try to take my time to find out what the reason underneath my fear is. I will make posts about big fears of me that more people are struggling with, weird fears i have, and fears that are not that common. 
- The quote of the day. I would like to place each day one quote i found that has an certain effect on me. This can be a quote i recognize myself in, one that inspires me, one that makes me think, etc. Those quotes can be from unknown people, books, songs, friends, me or basically from anyone. 
- Highlight of the week. At the end of the week I would like to look back at the highlight of my week. Something that was important to me or something i would like to share with you all. This can be positive and negative. depends on how the week went. 

I hope you all like these ideas of me to make my blog more personal and take you more with me in the week and in my mind. Of course i will continue with making post beside those ideas. If you don’t like these ideas or have other/more ideas you would like see me doing please comment them in this post or send me an ask that starts with “Ideas:” Would like to hear from you what you think of this.

For some people that is a little part of there eating disorder. But I can’t say that you have a eating disorder by the fact that you feel like you don’t deserve to eat. I’m not a doctor. Something you’re very passionate about that no one would know?

Uhmm awareness of mental disorders and suicide. I just started at a big personal project to create more awareness for mental disorders and people who are struggling with suicide. It’s still very small and just a concept but I’m planning on making a site which provides help and advice for people with mental disorders, people that suspect they have a mental disorder or are struggling and for people that know someone dealing with a mental disorder or suicidal thoughts. I also plan on making an information page for people that don’t know anything about it to get more awareness and to make educating packages and maybe if it’s going well ask if at school they can educate children more about it with that. I know this is a very long term project and will take a lot of me. But I want to do this. I want to do something bigger to help others. Something that people will be able to use even when i’m not around. 

Idk if it’s weird of me to start this or anything. Would like your opinion on this idea from me, so if you want to share your opinion i would appreciate it.
