No one. I mean no one, makes 9 albums a year. Doesn't matter how "creative af" they are. Do some people make 9 albums worth of material? If you want to be recognized you need to learn music is 90% business, 5% luck and 5% talent. There are literally millions of people who are a million times more talented and business savvy than you, and they don't get lucky enough to be recognized.

Music is the hardest job I've ever had and I was recognized for it. It doesn't get easier the further you go, it only gets harder. "It's a long way to the top of you wanna rock and roll" is the honest to god truth.

Also get ready to sink an absolute shit ton of money into it. I'm talking $250,000+ minimum before you see any return, and thats WITH networking, luck, connections and a looooooooooot more talent.

Take advice. Learn. Get a degree in business, or at least educate yourself on it. Want to start a social network? Create an actual company, like registered with your state. Make a legit business plan, get a board of members, get investors by creating a sponsorship deck. You better be good at cold calling.

The stuff you posted on sound cloud is not my taste of music, its very basic, its not mainstream and you'll need to adjust yourself based on your goals and expectations. However, the #1 thing is it sounds like shit. The sound quality is literal shit. This isn't the 60's or 70's anymore - people EXPECT you to have a macbook or a pc running protools and an audio interface and some decent mics at a minimum. Or at least some audio engineering knowledge to cobble your songs together virtually because it would sound a million times better than what you put up. No one can even hear what you're doing.

Oh yeah that audio engineering part? No matter how successful you are, get ready to be a jack of all trades. You need to become a business man, an audio engineer, a promoter, a marketer, and a million other jobs.

How about you put yourself out of your comfort zone (as cliche as that sounds) and push yourself outwards. It's probably your fault and that's also probably the reason as to why she left.

Stop with this obsessive behavior towards women, stop with the oneitis. Understand that many times it's just your brain playing games on you telling you that a certain girl is your everything because your brain deep down knows that if it doesn't convince you that the girl who's giving you a chance is your everything so you'd stick with her and then you'll probably be alone since you probably suck at meeting other girls and you're coming from a completely scarce mindset.

As for the girl it's hard to explain a bond you have with someone but like, she's my best and only friend of 6 years so it's hard not to feel anything. Lol getting a job is about a lot more than money. It's about finding something you like doing and like minded people to do it with. I work at a coffee shop and I'm in my late twenties. I'm not saying you need to work at McDonalds and have shitty coworkers. Nor should someone be expected to go to law school and be a high powered lawyer.
