    Interesting perspective. In my supply chain terms: his vision sees a multipolar network, with ambiguous rules and limited transparency. This would - counterintuitive of the common view of a Chinese world order - lead to much more decentralized coordination of supply chains.

    Good alternative to both dystopian and simplistic projections of what a Chinese rise looks like. Globe becomes more complex and has a lot more parts interacting in the global network, but it does not become homogeneous.
