I'd argue those are two distinct and easily distinguished circumstances. The former is a depiction of minors in a sexual situation. The latter is very clearly a 33 year old guy named Greg in a diaper and bonnet getting railed.

Yes but it's still fantasizing about sexual acts with minors therefore the intention is there. I'm not arguing the morrally of it I'm just saying its a similar circumstance

It's not even fantasizing about sexual acts with minors. THAT is pedophilia. Age play is, from my understanding, fantasizing about about sexual acts with an adult that roleplays as a minor. There is a difference there.

I’m gunna chime in on this. Not all ageplayers desire sexual attention while in their headspace. Many are repulsed by the idea.
