Are people still bitching about consenting adults roleplaying as being younger? I'm just wondering, cause that seems pretty goddamn stupid and I keep seeing shit about it.
Honestly. There are bigger goddamn issues than whether a 39 year old consenting adult wants to wear diapers. Call me when one of them is diddling kids or fucking dogs, you know, like the folks that aren't wearing diapers seem to be doing on a pretty frequent basis.

Honestly I'm not sure if you're talking about sexual roleplay about characters under 18 but if so as an influential voice in the fandom that's kind of disappointing to hear you say, it should be pretty clear why allowing people to fantasize about that is dangerous and wrong
Every single person I've talked to engaged in this has been very clear that it's a roleplay element in a relationship between two consenting adults, not a sexual attraction to children.
See though it feels like that excuse doesn't deflect from what those people are fantasizing about, fictional or not it's pretty fucked up and it's hard to understand how someone who fantasizes about sex with minors and fulfills that interest doesn't have an attraction to it

I'd still say you're conflating two issues. Some people are into infantilization as a kink. They are adults and know they are adults, and are only engaging with other adults.
