    As you say it won’t make much of an impact. What oil the Qataris do sell will still export at market rates. And they’re hardly likely to ramp up or down production by much. So it seems more a political gesture to leave...because they can, and there’s no incentive/pressure to stay

    I think they produce abt 2% of opec's output. I doubt they'll be missed and isn't their main export natural gas?
