3) a confirmed “statement” made by the accused that they have committed (any/or/&/all crime(s) “yes it must be a crime......”
2) it doesn’t reach court because claims made against the accused cannot be considered evidence or fact/ or the source list of the claims verified by an “original source” aka the person who started these post.
1) it goes to court and the defense in court, must justify the claims only after the prosecution as verified any and all evidence they themselves are accountable for finding.
Tweeting/ is a legal form of documentation that is binding if used in a court of law against individuals with malicious intent of slander/ liable wording. Also why “if” someone “stand up for the fandom and choose represent these claims” 1 of at least two things will happen.
Also, makeing a claim that “fact” but using other people’s information without du process is slander and liable” why i suggest the choice of word more formally......
